NJ Now at 6876 Cases and is A Federal Disaster Area

President Trump has declared New Jersey a federal disaster area allowing federal funds to help curb the rapid growth of positive COVID 19 cases in the state.

On the heels of that declaration Congressman Van Drew has asked Governor Murphy to establish a drive through testing site in South Jersey. South Jersey has always been disproportionally been underserved by the politicians in Trenton.

The state’s count now stands at 6876 cases and has the second highest number of cases next to New York. The north east is being overwhelmed by the virus.

It is imperative that you stay home if possible and if venturing out make sure to use safe social distancing practices.

Governor Murphy has also extended all school closings to April 20th 2020.
