Galloway provided conceptual design and drawings for this project slated for Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Atlanta, Georgia. The five-story, 250 unit design included wood-framed construction over a partial podium slab wrapped around a 365 car precast parking structure. The project also envisioned 10 apartment designs ranging from studio to four-bedroom units.
