The Catalyst Student Housing, a project collaborating with Dwell Design Studios, is located just off campus at Georgia Tech University.
Galloway is the Architect of Record for this 187 unit, five-story building built over a two-story podium parking structure. The project features 532 rooms in one, two, three, and four bedroom units. The project is supported by more than 13,000 SF of amenity space, an enormous elevated outdoor pool deck, a fifth-floor sky deck, and additional courtyard garden spaces. The project is scheduled for completion by spring 2022.
