Galloway has provided ongoing support for project management of the 150-acre fairgrounds and events center that includes 12 major structures, parking facilities and internal circulation features. An additional 80 acres will support additional parking, recreational vehicle camping, detention and irrigation facilities.
Designs have included site utility, grading, drainage, storm sewer and street design. Offsite design includes two miles of domestic water, one and a half miles of sanitary sewer, several thousand feet of storm sewer outfall, and one mile of four-lane arterial street improvements.
