Bluffdale City has doubled in size in the last decade, and demand for services has strained the City’s existing municipal buildings. Bluffdale City retained Galloway to complete a needs assessment and site studies and design for the City’s final municipal services facility, Bluffdale Public Works. The Galloway team worked collaboratively with City staff and the surrounding community to design a facility sensitive to surrounding context, security, and support of the services delivered while reducing the operational impact on surrounding residential properties.
