This multifamily undertaking converts an existing two-story City of Loveland library building to a four-story, for-sale condo project at the northeast corner of West 6th Avenue and Cleveland Avenue.
The project features a modern design aesthetic with 15 large two- and three-bedroom residential units with high ceilings and large expansive window patterns integrated into a clean, modern aesthetic. The façade utilizes various materials and finishes to create a timeless look that enhances the downtown Loveland streetscape with rich colors and a variety of façade articulation.
Integrated covered parking and retail on the ground floor will also be included.
