Centerplace Apartments will consist of ten three-story walk-up, garden-style apartments on a 17.34-acre site in Greeley, Colorado. The more than 424,000 sf development will comprise 336 units, a standalone clubhouse, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and pool deck, and standalone one-story garage structures.
Galloway is providing architecture, interior design, mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering, and site lighting services for this project. The design uses type VA and VB wood construction for the entire project and is expected to be completed in January 2023.
