The Pleasant Grove team has provided civil engineering services for multiple phases of this office and retail development project.
The project scope includes designed sites for a 6-story office building, two 5-story office buildings, two single-story office buildings, two flex office buildings, and four inline multitenant retail building sites. Our civil design also comprises adding roadways throughout the development and widening the adjacent streets. Concept planning and layout of the site were also provided.

This spring, Los Dos Potrillos is expanding its family-owned business into the Northglenn region. They are taking the traditional Mexican restaurant and incorporating modern elements throughout the space. Galloway’s Interior Design team worked closely with The Ramirez Hospitality Group to create a high-level design and inviting atmosphere for new and existing customers.
